Ordering an EPC or a HIP

We will make contact to arrange a time with you.
We will need access for approximately one hour.

Pre-inspection
It is helpful to have some information up front:
Name and email address of owner or agent
Full name and telephone number of contact for access.
Address and post code of the premises to be inspected.
Age of property.
Age of any extensions or loft conversions.
Age of any replacement double-glazing with FENSA certificate.
Make and model of boiler.
Cavity wall insulation certificate.
For a HIP a Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) will need to be completed by the vendor.

EPC Fees – Domestic Sale
A domestic EPC for a house or flat up to 3 bedrooms is £50.
A domestic EPC for a house or flat of 4 bedrooms or more is £75.
For these purposes an upstairs “study” is a bedroom.

EPC Fees – Domestic Rental
A domestic EPC for a house or flat up to 3 bedrooms is £50.
A domestic EPC for a house or flat of 4 bedrooms or more is £75.
There are reductions for multiples as is often the case with residential landlords and letting agencies.

EPC Fees - On Construction & Commercial
On Construction EPCs are priced by quotation.
Commercial EPCs are priced by quotation.

HIP Fees
Home Information Packs for domestic properties £250.
This is fully compliant and includes the EPC.
There are other non-standard searches which can be included at an extra fee.

Payment
This site is linked to PayPal which is a well known and trustworthy organization.
Payment can be made using your PayPal account or by using a debit card or credit card.
Go to SHOP to pay by debit card or credit card.

We will accept cheques, but product will not be released until the cheque is cleared.
The agreed fee must be paid and funds cleared before the EPC can be accessed.

Refunds
We operate a full refunds policy. It is not in our interest to quibble.

VAT
Currently, VAT is not payable, but this may change at any time.
