Privacy Policy

Our Privacy policy will appear to be too simple.
Whilst privacy seems to have become a holy cow, we must still take people’s worries into consideration.
Therefore we are very careful about what we allow into the public domain.

The information we gather is:
* Property address.
* Name of owner or tenant.
* Mobile numbers of the above.
* previous EPC scores.
* up to 50 photographs of the property.

None of this information leaves our business unless the EPC is called for audit.
At this stage auditors will review notes and photographs to ensure they match up to the EPC result.
