MEES & Advice on EPC Scores
Although the EPC offers some designated advice that is not the limit. There are other measures that can be adopted not listed on the EPC. These are dependant on the individual circumstances of the owners or occupiers of the property.
MEES is the set of regulations which specify minimum EPC scores for rental properties.
A rental property must score a level-E on the EPC. This applies to both Domestic and non-Domestic properties.
MEES will work hand in glove with Retrofit in cases where the occupants are receiving various forms of assistance.
